Welcome to Our New SEADLING Team Members

We’re excited to welcome several new team members who bring valuable experience and fresh perspectives to SEADLING.

Nur Muhammad has joined us as Factory Manager. With a background in process engineering and production at Federal Oats Mills Malaysia, he brings strong expertise in manufacturing operations, automation, and process optimisation. His role will be key in strengthening our production capabilities.

Nurwadini Fifiana (Fifi) returns to SEADLING as our Product R&D Officer. Previously an intern with us, she supported the development and performance improvement of our fermented seaweed ingredients and biostimulant trials. We’re glad to have her back to continue building on this work.

Alviana Mujin joins the team as Junior Microbiologist. With experience across clinical testing, microbiology, and environmental monitoring, she will support our strain development work and help maintain high laboratory standards.

We’re pleased to welcome Nur, Fifi, and Alviana to the SEADLING team as we continue to grow and strengthen our capabilities.
